Welcome to Travilla. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Travilla website, mobile applications, and management services (the "Service"). By using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing www.travilla.app or using any Travilla service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Travilla provides a dual-purpose platform:

  • For Property Owners: A Management Solution for Hotels and Resorts (Booking, Staff, and Laundry Management).
  • For Travelers: A marketplace to discover and book curated stays and packages in the Hill Tracts (Sajek, Rangamati, Khagrachari, and Bandarban).

3. User Accounts

  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and current information. For resort owners, this includes ensuring room availability and pricing are updated in real-time.
  • Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Use of the Management System (SaaS)

  • License: Travilla grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the management dashboard for business operations.
  • Data Integrity: While we provide Comprehensive Reports, the accuracy of the data depends on the information entered by the resort staff.
  • Prohibited Content: Users may not upload malware, or use the platform to store illegal or infringing content.

5. Bookings and Payments

  • Facilitation: Travilla acts as an intermediary between travelers and resorts. The contract for the stay is directly between the guest and the resort owner.
  • Pricing: All prices are set by the respective resorts. Travilla reserves the right to adjust service fees with prior notice.
  • Payments: Digital payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Travilla is not responsible for gateway failures but will assist in resolving transaction disputes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, logos, and trademarks on the platform are the property of Travilla. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of our "Digital Gateway" or management tools without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime, but Travilla is not liable for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues.
  • Travel Risks: Travilla is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or theft occurring during a stay.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters (landslides), government-imposed restrictions in the Hill Tracts, or internet outages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh.

9. Modifications to Terms

Travilla may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of major changes via the Management Dashboard or email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
